Horizon Charter students are REQUIRED to wear school uniforms to school each day unless otherwise announced or they have a non-uniform pass. The administration reserves the right to interpret these guidelines and/or make changes during the course of the year. Students are expected to follow the letter and the spirit of these guidelines.
